Roosevelt Honored

Monmouth Plantation’s very own Roosevelt Owens was awarded a silver medal in the Best Bartender category by "THE MISS-LOU’S - Best of the Best -Readers choice awards – 2009."

Roosevelt has been mixing drinks at Monmouth for many years. He has been featured in numerous articles, and his secret Mint Julep receipt is coveted by all. If you have never sat at the bar with Roosevelt or if it’s been a while, make plans to come see him tonight!
