A perfect day expoloring Natchez starts with Monmouth's full southern breakfast followed by a tour of the mansion. Then, perhaps, a stroll through our gardens or catch up on some reading on your porch rocker. Later, you will want to stop by the Natchez Visitor Center for sightseeing maps and brochures. We also recommend Natchez Coffee Company for a quick lunch or an afternoon pick-me-up.Shopping downtown Natchez has never been better. So many new shops abound, you'll be sure to find something to strike your fancy!
Back at Monmouth, you can unwind on our croquet lawn or grab a hammock. We'll see you in the General Quitman Study for cocktails and complimentary hors d'oureves before dinner beneath our romantic gaslight chandeliers.
